“Better late than never — Brett was referred to us from some friends and to say the process was easy is an understatement. Aside from all the paperwork, Brett and his team handled everything – smack dab in the middle of the holidays! We found our dream home and Brett made buying our first home, which is extremely terrifying, a cake walk.He answered all calls, frantic text messages, emails and our million questions with no hesitation.We even closed escrow earlier than the anticipated 30 days!!!He even worked with my boyfriend (at the time) to set up his engagement proposal! I thought December 14th was going to be the best day ever because we were getting the keys to our new home but when I opened the door Brett and Parker had set up the kitchen with roses, champagne and a cake to surprise me, and then my fiancé got down on one knee!
